As a new customer of ASP (they just bought out the pool servicing company I had been with for several years) I was concerned that I would continue getting the same great service as before. Happily, they have made the changeover absolutely seamless! In addition, they have greatly improved customer/company communications, transparency, and responsiveness. A recent problem with a leaking gasket on my pool pump further underscores my initial very positive impressions of ASP. I called them. They responded quickly with a service appointment for the next day. They kept me informed by e-mail. Arrived on time; fixed the problem; and followed up later to make sure it was all okay!
